Here's one from my personal way back machine. Bon Jovi on a tank, 5/77 Armor, Mannheim Germany, 1984. We had a guy in our battalion, Terry Svejda, that was always going on about how he "knew" people in the music business. His dad owned a few music store in Chicago. He was a huge KISS fan and they were touring Europe, and he said he was going to get them to come visit our unit. Turns out he just got the opening band, Bon Jovi.
Terry is standing on the right in the black jacket.

WAT?
Nuclear powered vertical launch submarine aircraft carrier.
"Boeing AN-1 Submarine Aircraft Cold War Concept 1958
NROs have also received several studies of nuclear aircraft flying submarines. The most ambitious proposal was submitted by Boeing, which designed a giant submarine vessel AN 1 with a length of 152 meters and a delivery rate of 9260 tonnes (below the water level of 14 700 tonnes) as part of a secret Flying Carpet project. It had two separate hangars for a total of eight aircraft, derived from the Halibut submarine hangar. The power supply was provided by one S5W nuclear reactor, with most of its power consuming two turbines with a power of 15,000 horsepower. With them it was possible to reach underwater the speed of 16 knots. The crew, including twelve pilots and two flight specialists, consisted of 163 men. The submarine was initially equipped with modified Grumman F 11F Tiger fighters. In addition to the folding wings, they could also be provided with tipping tail surfaces and an Flying Carpet. After the aircraft had been unloaded, the discharge device had to be rotated 90 ° upside down. Of course, the pilots would already be in the hangar in their machines. The reality of the idea was tested by placing two F 11F aircraft in the SSG 574 Grayback submarine hangar." - Tommy Wu, GPNW.

"Scientists Gave MDMA to Octopuses—and What Happened Was Profound"
Giving octopuses ecstasy produces similar results as it does in us humans, even though we have very different nervous systems.

And what capabilities exactly does the rendering show that BAE hasn't shown?
If we remove the APS for a moment, we can see on both that they have new and modernized dual channel sights, both keep the TOGS' box, both add some form of warning system (if that is what the box w/dome near the gunner's sight on Rheinmetall's rendering is), whilst retaining the same gun.
Rheinmetall offers a new gun, but that is also not required, just like the APS.
Thus the only real difference is that Rheinmetall used the TES armor in its rendering, while BAE's model is stripped of all applique armor.

Same reason the Ram I had the 2 pdr, no tank mounting existed for the 6 pdr. Canada's waiting on the UK who say they are working on it but it's not materializing so they go ahead and design their own. Australia wants the 6 pdr in their tank so they ask Canada for drawings to see how they manged it.

Trying to see the other side of the concentration camp concertina wire fence here.
In the US, there is quite a bit of stigma attached to undergoing a psych exam and the whole process of having your mental health brought into question period. Or at least throughout much of the country.
I'm wondering if the same stigma is absent in France, where undergoing a psychiatric test is equivalent to - oh I don't know - having your eyesight tested before getting a driver's license?
