    It smells of BS, though I buy the idea that sometimes follow ups were held in the shooting hand. I don't really see how it would make much of a difference either way to shoot from the dom or nondom side. I doubt archers were doing the kind of Hunger Games-esque BS that Mr. Whatshisface is doing in the video, in the Middle Ages.

    Truckfighters are indeed awesome, and yes sadly Frank Zappa qualifies as overrated. This shouldn't be a black mark on the man's work, however.

    For hunting, heavier bullets (let's not confuse this with slow-moving, now) have an advantage in brush-busting and penetrative capabilities. In hunting, bows and atlatls are considered effective weapons.

    Americans are obsessed with high performance handguns, which really ignores the fact that ballistic science indicates that handguns all are terribad no matter how roided up they are.

    Crimping measurably increases efficiency, because it increases pressure. Because gun enthusiasts are typically backwards people, they consider this to be bad. I agree with Xlucine's assessment that heavier bullets on top of the same propellant are more efficient - however once this is applied the advantages quickly shake out and you are compelled to bow before SCHV Zod.

    Yeah, they've been working on that for a while. 25 tonnes to orbit is similar to Delta IV Heavy, Angara, STS (if you don't include the Orbiter's weight), Proton, Titan IIIE. That's more than Falcon 9, but less than the proposed Falcon 9 Heavy.
