Feinstein is a politician of the lowest, and worst kind.
People like her and Schumer will be remembered for being little more than parasites upon this nation.

It's Gore Tex so "kind of".
I'm more concerned with it being windproof.
Also, I'll mainly be car-camping, my packing days are long dead, so weight is not so much of an issue.

Let me quote the guy:
So if I posted a diagram of the turret traverse mechanism of a PzKfwVI, carrying the large stamp "Geheim!", this guy would rush to his time machine to inform the Gestapo?
I'll load up the Vickers in anticipation..

It's heavy.
What are you using it for? What temp range camping? I've got probably 4 or 5 sleeping bags of all types.
General, was interested because it covers a broader range than the current one I have (by shedding/adding components).
Also was interested because of the pseudo-bivvy that comes with the full kit.

Any of you have experience (good or bad) with the surplus MSS bags? Looking at retiring my old "mummy" bag as it is a bit frayed and smelly.

Still the plane I remember the most.
A F-4 Phantom, to me, just looks right.
And witnessing one shitting soot and fire while standing vertical on a column of pure stink and noise trying to avoid hitting the church steeple across from the home I grew up in, is something I'll never forget.

I bet a game where you raced Kettenkrads would be fun as shit. Those things look like they would be really janky and unstable while turning at speed.
They are.

Still trying to get nieces and nephews down here (Kentucky) for camping.
Did it a while back in the U.P. where it was in a super urbanized campground.
Trying to get them to go for a no bullshit, in the boonies kind of camp. (not that Kentucky can do that, but they would be amazed to just be away from cell service).
Showed them my basic "bad shit" bag while visiting this Christmas, and got some of them interested. Not a bad thing for where the live, since if they lose all utilities, it can still get pretty cold.

Drove to Troy.
Michigan roads are still shit. (Really, the way to tell if you enter Ohio on I-75 is to note if the car stopped bouncing uncontrollably)
Cooked a huge spread of Korean BBQ I'd been marinating for a week. Fed 18 people, two racks of ribs and six pounds of loin sliced thin.
Tried to get my relatives to come to Kentucky next year.

Ah yes, "provide statements". I hope they aren't dumb enough to do that. We have the 5th for a reason. I guarantee you that they cops don't give two shits about the attempted robbery, they have some bigger fish to fry now.
I'd have dumped a belt or three through the windshield, and claimed the fifth (and fourth).
Police are not your friends.

No surprise to those of us in the know. But still...
Cops and schools had no duty to shield students in Parkland shooting, says judge who tossed lawsuit
A federal judge says Broward schools and the Sheriff’s Office had no legal duty to protect students during the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom dismissed a suit filed by 15 students who claimed they were traumatized by the crisis in February. The suit named six defendants, including the Broward school district and the Broward Sheriff’s Office, as well as school deputy Scot Peterson and campus monitor Andrew Medina.
Bloom ruled that the two agencies had no constitutional duty to protect students who were not in custody.
Yep, zero surprise here.
Long established case law, the police have zero responsibility to ensure your safety.
Until you smoke some fuck trying to endanger same, then they will roll in with MRAPs and M240's., cause "You are not trained in crisis management, Citizen" (or some shit).

That's fucking insanity.
That dealership was laughing all the way to the bank on that trade.
Bet they gave him blue-book on it, so "well, it's only worth $1500.00 sir".

neat, I guess, but they don't have towmotors?
^pauses^
I have been informed that WE no longer have towmotors.
("Towmotor" is now a quasi zombie brand.)

In addition to many other aspects of WT that I like more than WoT, one of the biggest is the fact that it doesn't really feel like a race to the top. There are certain bands that you want to play in to optimize your MM results, but I have been able to have quite a bit of fun at almost any BR.
WT has it's own issues, (mostly with physics not based in reality and "Sekret Dokumentz"), but yes, at least one can say "fuck this noise" and just fly.

Another Kalashnikov rescued from the hands of a moron.
That guy's camp was pretty hilarious as well.
^Make tent to stay dry, spend all night getting rained on by your own condensed moisture.^
And the first aid kit seemed to be geared more toward treating slivers and shaving cuts.

Lose the dinghy, and (what appear to be) the sliding glass quarter-windows, and give it a full width rear rack, and you'd have a really neat high-impact camper.

Well, at least these are official WG bots making up half the teams now instead of 3rd party grind bots. They will be more reliable than most of the human players anyways.
Meanwhile, in WT: Italian ground forces, supersonic jets, AAMs and countermeasures, more modern vehicles, and more boats.
Long ago, I predicted that the number of players picking up (and staying with) the game would drop, if WG did not encourage and reward low tier play, instead of making them stepping stones in a race toward top tier.
Adding bots might be a temporary fix, but it's not going to solve things.
Offering single player missions and play (perhaps at reduced XP/ cash payout) and making garage space much cheaper (if not free/unlimited) with cosmetic or equipment rewards, for actually putting some time in lower tier vehicles and learning the game, MIGHT remedy the damage and change the course the game is taking.
Instead of it being a simple and depressing race to top tier, it might give it a bit of depth.

First mistake?
"Prius" . Only a WW2 era armored vehicle has less rear visibility.
The second is not backing up when the silly bitch had obviously donned her hakimachi and thousand stitch belt.

The US taxpayer being shafted for $11 billion was TOTALLY worth it for this
Chevrolet spokesperson clarified that the Silverado did not actually "break down" per se. According to the company rep, the Silverado's driver had to turn off the engine while the truck was stationary at the blue line—understandable, since running a hot, internally combusted V-8 in one place, over ice for too long probably isn't ideal. When the truck was restarted, the driver then accidentally accepted a software update, rendering it immobile for the next several minutes. Once the update was done, the Silverado drove off the ice problem-free.
A relative who worked for Ford as a "contractor" mentioned that there was scuttlebutt about "looking into no longer "selling" a vehicle", instead you buy a "seat", allowing you to operate it for a length of time, similar to a lease, but the vehicle is constantly on the net.
He asked what I thought about it. I said " I'd be looking hard at finding a Dodge WC series truck, and converting it to 12 volts".

I do my own front end work (because I shudder to think what someone would charge to do it).
Much "blue wrench" and cursing is involved.
