EnsignExpendable
Since I clearly have too much time on my hands, and Jeeps has a pretty cool tread going on, I decided that I'm going to do the same thing, but for T-34s. Here's a quick sample that I whipped up last night, I'm probably going to cover major exterior features of at least wartime T-34s and T-34-85s, then we'll see. I'll update the document in batches per organic time period rather than some arbitrary year-based cutoff. Post constructive criticism and the T-34-iest pics you got Sturgeon, SuperComrade, LostCosmonaut and 3 others

I already learned stuff from your sample!
EnsignExpendable
I'm learning things myself, there are a number of minor details I never noticed until I closely compared several very similar tanks.

EnsignExpendable
Another update, this time I reached the end of 1941. This is where it gets exciting, since now you have three factories doing their own thing.

Sturgeon
Was looking through the comments of an old post, and he's everywhere!
EnsignExpendable
I love the smell of low-content posting in the morning. Also I've ran into the issue of 1942-end of production just kind of being a continuous period without any good way to break it up. Meplat
Was looking through the comments of an old post, and he's everywhere! Can I say "Fuck that guy"? Because fuck that guy. T34 made a hell of a lot more sense from a mechanical standpoint than most kraut shitboxes. Tied
EnsignExpendable
Oh shit I guess I haven't updated this thing in like a month. Come and get a sick new edition https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4IOAl6nZp3kLVh1bDYxQWhnRTg/view?usp=sharing This one goes until mid-1943, at which point AFAIK the T-34-76 remained largely the same until the end of production. I'm going to hunt down some more esoteric photographs and flesh out the T-34-76 part before moving on to the T-34-85. Maybe that will be a completely separate document, this one's swelling up to over 4 megs as is. Jeeps_Guns_Tanks
SuperComrade
Funny, Baryatinskiy claims the 1942 turret was no more spacious than the original
EnsignExpendable
The turret ring was the same size, but it was larger by volume. SuperComrade
SuperComrade
You are not covering the experimental S-53 and S-54 T-34s?
EnsignExpendable
Those are easy to identify. I'll probably have some kind of "oddball" section later for those kinds of vehicles.
