Tricky at the minute, but I would be glad to once I get sorted out.....The only ones I have pictures of right now are the Airfix kit I posted earlier in this thread and a bunch of WIPs: Unimodel 1/72 M4A1s (with a lot of extras) Strongly recommend the modellers here check out Britmodeller (& Missing Lynx if you don't already), invaluable source of information and there are some serious experten there who are always glad to help out with advice & tips.

Dude, I remember when it wasn't this way (I'm fast approaching fifty, months away, not years).....I also remember (albeit somewhat hazily I must confess) the peculiar sequence of events (mass shootings) that brought about the change. Might it be worth revisiting those events in the UK thread to see if we can draw any parallels?

Believe it or not, I totally agree, it's a little trickier to expedite over here however.....

My fondness for the Sherman is probably second only to Jeeps.....I've got about a dozen done and another fifty-seven kits still to do in my stash.

Given the typical reactions of your police in situations of perceived threat, I'm not sure that triggering false positives with gun sniffer dogs would be an entirely wise policy.

Their range changes constantly.....But your point is well taken.

Yeah, we sent quite a bit of gear via Archangelsk: http://www.o5m6.de/redarmy/scammell.php

You maybe thinking of Armortek's 1/6 stuff: https://www.armortek.co.uk/ IIRC they used to do a live-fire option for their Tiger (shotgun license required in the UK).

This is likely to cause some 'lively debate': https://www.newstatesman.com/politics/elections/2018/05/another-referendum-britain-s-membership-eu-it-s-question-when-not-if Frankly I couldn't care less, if we stay in I'll probably be slightly better off in the long run, but if we don't it'll make very little difference in the grand scheme of things.....At the time I voted for Brexit, but my reasoning was simple; Whatever that ghastly oik David Cameron wanted me to do, I'd do the opposite (matter of principle & all that).

Kind of surprised this hasn't come up: The Russians did it! - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-44299741 Nothing to see, move along. - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-44307611 The reek of bullshit around this one is overpowering!

There's an interesting looking article about this fighting on Gur-Khan: http://gurkhan.blogspot.com/2018/05/blog-post_99.html Sadly though, Google translate does it no favours.

Personally I reckon your entire threat axis is wrong.....I'd be looking at Turkey & the Med. PS - @LoooSeR Any indications Vlad is planning on invading us at all?

I haven't looked into it in detail TBH, but I'd guess it again relates to the rules on reporting on-going court proceedings. I got broad(ish) shoulders, so I'm cool with that (just don't insult my dogs).....The British/American relationship has always been complex, long may it remain so. Sadly many of the talking points in this thread apply only to the sort of cockroach who would take a knife to a pub (with a perfectly good pool table etc.).....Surely we have more important things to discuss, like how a conveniently deniable faction of British intelligence has attempted to undermine the US electoral process, while simultaneously casting aspersions against Russia? It'd probably be bigger, louder and a lot more glitzy.....But it could well happen.

I'm cool with it, but the thread title is a bit crap IMHO, as I've said before. As for the knives thing, it's just a repeat of the BS campaigns of the 80s, 90s & 00s, beefed up for the internet heavy 2010s.....Seen it all before, it's yet another thing that has effected me not even slightly. Correct. This is where we disagree.....Robinson's actions had a very real chance of being used as an excuse to undermine a very complex and expensive trial of some of the worst vermin in the country. Plus he's a prick.

Pretty sure an aftermarket company will fix that before too long.....I've been holding off buying the Modelcollect 1/72 Armata as I'm not convinced the design is finalised.
