Hanwha put out a video in Korean of their display at AUSA 2022. With the video comes some more footage of the K9A1 & K10 at Yuma which I don't think has been shown previously (1:42-2:42). According to the video a "50km+" shot was made with the K9A1 using the XM1113.
 
 

XM1299 turret under construction:     EDIT: the International Howitzer refers to the M109A6+ (see my previous post). There is apparently some ongoing research to see if the gap between the M109A7 and the XM1299 can be affordably bridged.

EDIT: the M109A6+ was also dubbed "International Howitzer" and boasted several improved capabilities. Aside from its 52-caliber, JBMOU-compliant and Watervliet Arsenal-built M284 gun, it also sported a semi-automatic rammer, an automatic fire control system and a modified suspension.

Both the provisional K9PL (K9A1) and K2PL have had their rollout ceremonies today at their respective plants in Changwon. These are the first 24 K9PLs and 10 K2PLs.

While digging around for some more info on the XK1 and ROKIT program found an old GD World Magazine article that covered the Rollout Ceremony of the XK1 in 1983. Nothing spectacular but it is another view of XK1 PV-2.

I just asked the GD PM on the booth. He said it was the Meggitt auto loader. Make of that what you will.
