It's a good way of sending the defense budget into the abyss, that's for sure.

AFAIK a lot of the Bulats are still unpaid for. We're talking long term payments that Morozov/Kharkiv can't live on.

Yesterday, an Ukrop claimed me dead serious that they field 83 Oplot-M's, provided me with the photos of all 11 Thai-Oplots in KMDB tests as "Ukrainian Oplots" and further told that me that Oplot-M's were engaging several T-72 near Shyrokyne March 13th. I still cannot breath normally.
