Where does the SAA get ammo for their baby TOS-1?  I guess Russia sells the ammo, but not the vehicle for launching it?

Is the thermal imager really made in North-Korea? I know that they produce their local copy of the KDT laser rangefinder, but in 2014 even their "premium" tanks were fitted with IR illuminators instead of thermal imagers.

Unknown, but this is what source claimed. As far as i know our forces didn't gave anything like this to Syrians.
