Bronezhilet
I saw some of the photos from the arrest and the neighborhood inhabitants looking on. I understand the desire for a mask. This is more or less the reason. They don't wear a mast to look scary, but to avoid identification. The ones wearing full face masks are the ones that actually go in and (try to) arrest people when there's a significant risk involved. The normal police force is more or less just looking on and keeping sure nobody is getting too close. If their aim was to look scary, they wouldn't be wearing civilian clothes. But they do because they just got called up from whatever they were doing. Some/most/all of these dudes have a normal daily job, so when they get called up they can be doing whatever, working, chilling at home, attending a birthday, visiting a wife in the hospital, etc. Since we're (kinda) scared of revenge killings (he arrested a buddy, lets kill him) they have to avoid identification. Or they have to have a police escort 24/7, since (to my knowledge) even these teams aren't allowed to carry when not in uniform. I hope this makes it bit more understandable. I mean, just look at this. It looks like they don't have uniforms pants or boots and just wear whatever they were wearing that day. I mean... Protip: Don't get into a fight with an armoured BMW X5, you will lose. Incidentally, the license plates numbers for these vehicles are highly desired at some circles in our beatiful Dutch community. These people actually pay you if you can supply them with the license plate numbers. And yes, I don't see face masks in that picture. On all other photos I can find without them wearing masks, the faces are blurred.

Federal HSTs and Hydra Shoks are rather well known for their deep, wide cavities, hence why they make such pretty wide flowers like this. Khand-e
For reference I use Hornady XTP loadings from Underwood since they give the same performance as Buffalo Bore's loadings but for less money.

Bronezhilet
Our president, in his infinite pursuit to protect the American people, is looking to end what he is calling the “NFA Loophole.” [...] The straw that Obama is grasping at involves the trustees that could be named on a given trust.Firearms, not politics, mister Adam Scepaniak. Collimatrix
The real question is when pistol manufacturers will realize that this is all a sick joke and that Big Army intends to use M9s well into the 2050s. It's been about a decade so far and they haven't caught on. Sturgeon

Khand-e
Multiple explosions at Brussels Airport While it is a tragic and barbaric attack, I REALLY don't mean to sound like a dick but this doesn't seem to have much to do with small arms. mainly considering from what I'm reading, this appears to be a multiple bombing attack. I know, but that soldier is carrying a firearm in a public place. Probably one of the soldiers tasked to guard the airport. I don't think we're capable of getting responders on site within only a couple of minutes. There are multiple photos and videos of people screaming and running around. But since they don't contain firearms, I didn't post them.
