Considering writing an article about the FN F2000 (working title: you can tune a piano, but you can't tuna rifle).

But first I've got a question for anyone who knows this sort of stuff; HOW IN THE HELL did the ATF approve the gen 1 FS2000s?  They're obviously full-auto guns with parts missing.  The fucking hammer has an auto sear notch in it!

Was the FTB blazing it or something?

On top of that the serial number is engraved into plastic.

"In 1944, the French decided to start playing around with semiautomatic rifles"

Erm, no.

Well, yes. Since the Free French were equipped with America hand-me-downs in 1944 and some of those were Garands. So TECHNICALLY they were playing around with semi-autos in 1944.

...

...

...

OK. That's a stretch...

Weapon designer and his gun:

Or possibly reverse pump action.  You crank the thing forward and then back to load it.  There's some Russian shotgun that works like that.

Trigger looks like it might be DA, 'cause it's giant.

Some Russian Grenade launchers are like that.

No means no, Don.

Fuck off man! I'm mobile and tapping on my phone while I'm bouncing around the back of a white work van with zero seats and seat belts while the two goons I got stuck with today are doing bong hits in the front seat.

Spelling ain't my first concern.
