So fighting is mostly done by foreigners from outside Syria on both sides now?

   Umm, no. Syrian Army is about 170 000 + 100 000/150 000 of different militias/NDF. Russians are hardly reaching 5 000 with base securities, SFs, advisers, Iranians and Shia militias + Al-Mukowama are less than 10 000.  

 

   Lattakia is almost fully-Syrian operation (with some help on the ground from us), Kuweiris and Tiger forces looks like have only airsupport from us ans Iranians, same story on southern part of country near Jordan.
