Alzoc got a reaction from Sturgeon in Ukrainian Civil War Thread: All Quiet on the Sturgeon Front
The first two photos are bad photoshop (look at the fuzzy edge around the flag), the third the celebration of an historical event.
Besides, even if the first two photos weren't doctored, it would more likely be some individual thing than some shadow conspiracy to bring back the USSR.

Two incredibly early K2 full scale mock ups from a documentary series that I dug up on the development of Korean weapons.

Part of it is a "western" bias of the journalists, but also the fact that Russian sources are basically non-existent. AFAIK the only things Russian press are reporting are more or less based on official statement from the Russian ministry of defense (which is neither a neutral source nor particularly verbose). The main problem is that we have only one side of the narrative, which for a conflict is less than ideal. @LoooSeRand other Russian speaking members are in the best place to gives us the point of view reported from the Russian side.
As for who is collecting the information, most of it comes from journalist of generalist news agencies (Reuters, AFP, Associated Press, etc) which have people on the ground and the rest comes from the Ukrainian side of the war (either official or civilian) since there is barely anything coming out from the Russian side.
Very few newspaper or TV channel still have dedicated war correspondents and most of what's coming out in western press is an amalgam and a global interpretation of various snippets bought from various news agency. Meaning that at the roots, all of the factual information comes either from probably less than 10 journalist on the ground or from the Ukrainian side.
So very few sources and even less which are somewhat neutral and factual.

Looks like one of main push is to Kharkov with future possible target is to get to city of Dnepr.
Another group of forces are attacking Ukrainian troops in northen part of Luhansk oblast'. Forces from LNR are moving towards Russian army troops pushing from the north, which means Ukr forces there will be cut and part of them encircled.
Zelenskiy disappeared but last his video was done during night on a smartphone, what he told was based on rumors but not anything serious, possibly signaling that Ukrainian state is in disarray.
Most likely scenario is that political power after 2014 will be declared as illegitimate and it is possible new people will be installed in Kiev with aim to get Ukraine in ODKB and CIS.

Drop test of an UAV from an A400M :
Not sure if the UAV engaged it's engine after launch since it isn't shown in the video and since it landed using a parachute (which is I think the normal landing mode for this drone).
The purpose of this test was to make sure that the UAV separated cleanly from the carrier and could communicate with it properly.

Somebody at Rubin OKB had to much time on their hands and decided to do another take on "Strazh" proposal/concept of a submersible patrol and training vessel. Displacement increased to 1300t and overall length up to 72 meters. Tops speed of 21 knots and a range of 4,000 miles at a speed of 10 knots, Armament is a machinegun, what looks like a pair of kornet launchers and four 324mm torpedo tubes. Additionally there are pair of hangers in the back for rotary winged UAV's and gear for boarding parties.

Nice images from the 1980's TGV speed record (380 km/h) where you can see the C-160 Transall filming just ahead of the train.
Wait until 2007 and the train can go about 60 km/h faster than the C-160 top speed.

Probably just for testing purposes for now, like the British army.
While concerns regarding sustained fire capability are important for the regular army, it is probably less so for SF (which would likely rank the reduced weight higher on the priority list).

Mobility trials of the modernized Leclerc's recovery vehicle (DCL-R) :
Integration within the Scorpion bubble, improved mine protection and IED jammer, Scorpion RCWS, rear camera, new towing system aimed at limiting the time the crew has to spend outside.
Nothing ground breaking in itself but it will bring it in line with the renovated Leclerc.

"The funding secured by Congressman Ryan will extend the service life of the tank and also integrate an unmanned turret. Additionally, it will help to develop the physical architecture and mechanical requirements needed to add an Autoloader and Automated Ammunition Handling System to the Abrams, evaluate current and emerging candidates for an Integrated Active Protection System, and develop new Abrams mobility and power architecture for conversion to a Hybrid Electric Drive propulsion and power generation system."
