    Classic running gear.
Modular because the roof can be removed, and because they say « it’s modular ».

Commonality is good but a dedicated rear engin Lynx chassis would have been far better.
The legacy Lynx is too much high, too much heavy to carry such a turret.

Yuri Pasholok's photos of Object 781 variant B. According to placard it had crew of 7 (!).

Turret weapons same as on BMP-3 (100 mm 2A70 gun-launcher + 30 mm 2A72 AC+ PKT) + 30 mm Balkan AGL + PKT in RCWS. Add here AGL in hull + 2 MG gunners on hull sides, vehicle was capable of firing at 6 directions in the same time.
       Hull is modded T-72 chassis.

Here’s another source with a bit more info. I can't read Korean so please correct me if the following info is incorrect, but from the google translation, it seems the SK MoD was informed about the status of the ongoing tank trials, and also got to observe one of the firepower tests where multiple targets had to be identified and engaged at the same time. Here the K2 was able to hit all of its targets with the minimal amount of shots fired. It also says that the K2 has shown excellent performance during the mobility and firepower tests that have been carried out so far (60% done).

Just to keep it simple with the base K1 and K1A1 the whole family is:
    K1: Base model, 105mm KM68A1
K1A1: Base model, 120mm KM256, improved commander's sight the KCPS
K1E1: Upgraded K1, retains the KM68A1, "digital battlefield control system", improved IFF system with an IFF interrogator above the gun (though not always mounted), driver's front and rear cameras, driver's thermal camera (though not always mounted), GPS
K1A2: Upgraded K1A1, retains the KM256, "digital battlefield control system", improved IFF system with an IFF interrogator above the gun (though not always mounted), driver's front and rear cameras, driver's thermal camera (though not always mounted), GPS

There might be more I am missing but most of these features are visually identifiable.

Ok so apparently there was a bit of an oopsie in the settings which allowed guests (without registration) to not only view but also post in this subforum specifically.
Should be fixed now, so we only get the regular spambots and not this special kind.

"Three Tasmanian advanced manufacturing companies will deliver millions of dollars for the Tasmanian economy following the recent Land 8116 Phase 1 announcement by Hanwha Defense Australia and the Australian Government. The signing of an agreement with Hanwha to build Australia's next-generation self-propelled artillery systems will see local companies such as CBG Systems, Elphinstone Pty Ltd and Penguin Composites provide key systems and components to the project."

"Elphinstone will produce the hull and turret structures"

this is about the Aussie K9, but it also holds for Hanwha's intent for the Redback.

The year is 2157: man has conquered the stars; hover tanks are being fielded by every major power and those who can afford to buy them; lazer and rail gun technologies have completely replaced chemical propelled weapons; nuclear fusion is a common and reliable power source; Britain is still looking to replace their aging fleet of Warrior IFVs.

DP-61 Duel' 55 mm caliber grenade launcher.
    https://war-time.ru/item/dp-61-duel

Was designed in end of 1970s for Soviet Navy to defend ships and coastal structures against attacks by frogman. 2 man crew, loaded from rear, max range is 1 km, aimed fire - up to 500m, weight - 6 kg. Elevation of tube instead of the sights to account for ballistics at given range is visually noticeable feature of this RPG weapon.

RG-55M rocket propelled grenade is used. It have contact fuze for surface targets and delayed fuze if gunner tries to engage enemies underwater. Delayed fuze is set by a special key that lets crew select a depth of detonation. Kill radius is about 18 meters. 3 types of grenades are avaliable - contact/depth detonation grenade, signal, training round.

Of course, a bit better known 2 tube version of DP-61 Duel - DP-64 Nepryadva grenade launcher.

Unlike DP-61, DP-64 isn't mass produced for our Navy, although was adopted for service and also DP-64 is a grenade launcher, while DP-51 is basically an RPG launcher like RPG-7.

10Kg, max range is 400 meters, loaded from through rear breach with 45 mm caliber FG-45 grenades. Grenades have depth fuze like on RG-55Ms on DP-61, can be set up to 40 meters depth detonation with kill radius of about 14 meters
