This was reported on Facebook by the editor-in-chief of BlakcSeaNews, the expert of the "Maidan of Foreign Affairs" Andrei Klimenko. In this regard, according to him, the ports of Mariupol and Berdyansk are almost empty. Although some ships are able to get inside:

Lord_James
I think it’s from them locking their knees for a long period of time. This always happened to someone (usually the first year cadets) in my ROTC classes, especially right before we would start marching after standing around for 15+ minutes, didn’t matter the weather. LoooSeR
Anatoliy Shariy video about the parade. Ukrainian, well known in Ukraine, pretty hard ass critic of current gov. Poroshenko really tries to PR himself. In other videos (they were not translated AFAIK) Shariy speaks about that. Porosh rating is kind of very low. LoooSeR
Quote Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin called the situation with the outflow of population from the country "catastrophic". He stated this on the air of the ICTV channel According to him, about a million Ukrainians leave the country every year and a similar situation may persist in the near future. Earlier, a poll conducted by the social group "Rating" showed that almost a third of the country's population would like to emigrate. According to the survey, young respondents younger than 35 years old often expressed a desire to move abroad. /.../ General of the Ukrainian Army, former SVR chairman Nikolai Malomuzh noted that the "leakage" of the able-bodied population takes the scale of the national tragedy. In his opinion, people leave because of the lack of prospects and free development of business in the country.

LoooSeR
Ukrainian boats that were arrested https://imp-navigator.livejournal.com/779784.html Yuri Lyamin on a subject: Quote On November 25, 2018, two small armored artillery boats of Project 58155 Gyurza-M - Berdyansk and Nikopol, as well as the Yany Kapu roadstead tug of the Ukrainian Navy violated the state border and invaded Russia's territorial waters near the coast of Crimea. The border ships of the FSB of Russia initially tried to stop them and push them out without using weapons, but they continued to go in the direction of the Kerch bridge without permission to pass under it. Thus, the Ukrainian boats created threats to shipping in that area and the passage under the bridge was blocked. In the end, everything was resolved by force. According to the FSB Public Relations Center, at 19.00, the Ukrainian vessels that violated the state border of Russia made another attempt of illegal actions within the Russian territorial sea. The Ukrainian ships did not react to the legal requirements of the ships and boats of the FSB and the Black Sea Fleet border guards to immediately stop, making dangerous maneuvering. "For the purpose of forcibly stopping the Ukrainian warships, weapons were used. As a result, in the territorial waters of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea, all three vessels of the Ukrainian Navy were detained. Three wounded soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces received medical assistance. There are no threats to their lives." According to the press service of the Ukrainian Navy, the boats "Berdyansk" and "Nikopol" lost speed under fire and, together with the tug, were captured by our special forces. Some Ukrainian sources report that only the boat "Berdyansk" was taken by force, and the commander of the boat "Nikopol" decided to surrender. As for the other group of Ukrainian boats that came out in the direction of the Kerch Strait from the port of Berdyansk in the Sea of Azov, they turned back. Quote On the Sea of Azov there is no border, in accordance with the Agreement on cooperation in the use of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait, they were generally referred to as inland waters of Russia and Ukraine, but the specific border line had to be established by a separate agreement, which was not concluded. However, here we must bear in mind that after the return of the Crimea to Russia, any vessel in order to enter the Kerch Strait from the south must cross a section of the 12-mile territorial waters of Russia in the Black Sea. Ukrainian boats violated our state border specifically in that place.
