It looks more like a Masada/ACR than a 416 tbh. ... Ak 4D aka the Spuhr'ed up DMR variant of the Ak 4(G3) that the Swedes have started using as a stop gap solution. Note that this one doesn't have the old Hensoldt Fero Z24 4×24 telescopic sight that these rifles are normally issued with.

LoooSeR
PKP disassembly. Also shows barrel swap between PKP and PKM. Around 13:00 shows 4 holes in frontal part of the barrel, including 4 holes in muzzle brake/flashhider that work as part of cooling system. Flashhider/muzzle device in attached to barrel/barrel shroud. Any addon to muzzle device (suppressor for example) will decrease cooling of the barrel and increase groups size. Beer
I have accidentally came across this (more info and pictures under the link). It's relatively recently identified gem of the Czech military museum in Žižkov, Prague (atm it's still closed due to the ongoing reconstruction). For decades it was stored there but until few years back nobody knew what it actually was. In fact it's 1899 experimental machinegun of baron Adolf Odkolek z Újezdce, the original author of the design solutions used in the famous Hotchkiss Mle 1914 MG (Hotchkiss bought Odkolek's patents). Baron Odkolek (whose name is known in here mainly thanks to the bakeries founded by his uncle and existing till today) was a military officer and weapon designer, he was born near Mladá Boleslav, central Bohemia, but in the later part of his life he lived in Vienna where he also died in 1917. This particular weapon chambered in 7.92x57 Mauser has a serial number 1 and is functional although part of the sights is missing and the belt design is unknown. Its parts were patented in 1899 (in Germany) and 1900 (in Switzerland). It's surprisingly light, just 10,5 kg.
