I....actually am not familiar with that M60 variant.  It must be an M60A3 since there is only one slot in the turret for the right side blister.  If it were for an M60A1 they would need slots for both left and right blisters.

That is a prototype of BAE/Sweden's SEP-AMV/AMV 8x8 universal platform.

 

 

Projekt SEP was a project to unify all the different armored platforms under a single platform:

Somebody really fucked up their work.

 

Customs of Hong Kong seized a contraband Singapore BTR Terrex. 

 

   At least nine Singaporean armored Terrex AV-81 were aressted by customs of Department of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China. They were unloaded from the container ship to the terminal, who came into the port on the way from Taiwan to Singapore. It is reported that those APCs were on their way back to Singapore, after training in Taiwan, as part of "Starlight" program, for which training and learning of Singaporean troops areconducted in the territory of the Republic of China of Taiwan.

   It looks like someone made a big mistake, because it is very strange that a ship with such cargo has gone to Hong Kong port at all. Naturally, the permission for the transit of arms to Taiwan through China they could not get in any way and it is considered as smuggle in pure form.
