I'm having trouble finding definitive numbers, but it appears that it depends on where on the deck the SU-33 takes off from:

 

 

If the SU-33 takes off from the rearmost position, and the carrier has a big of a headwind, it does look like it can get off with MTOW.

 

If the charts are correct, that is.  There's a lot of nonsense being talked about STOBAR vs CATOBAR, like the claim that the SU-33 is too heavy for CATOBAR (horseshit, the F-14 is just as heavy).
