Waiting to hear more on this.  It appears knocked out, but not totally destroyed.  The gunner's hatch seems open with no flame or smoke coming out.  The fire almost seems external.

It certainly doesn't look like the hull ammo got hit.  There would be flame spouting from both hatches.

I don't think it's the HMG ammo burning in the video, at least not primarily.  Burning small arms ammo looks like this:

Cased ammunition isn't too flammable because the metal case does a fairly good job of protecting the propellant.  If the case does get hot enough the bullet will pop out of the case from the hot air pressure, and some of the propellant will spill out after it into the fire.  So when small arms ammo burns there's a lot of bullets and cases being thrown around as they pop open.  Also, nitrocellulose propellant burns fairly quickly, even if it is not confined.  If you pour it on the ground and light it, it will be entirely consumed in a few seconds at most.

Most modern military explosives are fairly hard to detonate for safety reasons, but they are flammable.

 

This is much more consistent with what we see in the video.  I think most of what we see burning is high explosives from the ERA, and I suspect also the ERA is the first thing that caught on fire.  But it could perhaps be something else; do T-90s have the radiation protection liner on the outside of the tank made of borated plastic?  I have read that that is quite flammable as well.
