A photograph of the prototype of the Yastreb AV radar complex for reconnaissance of firing (launch) positions of artillery created by PJSC Strela Scientific and Production Association (Tula, a member of Almaz-Antey Concern JSC) appeared on the network.

According to the Militarist telegram channel, it seems that this is a prototype on a BAZ-6910-025 (8x8) wheeled chassis, undergoing interdepartmental tests. State contract for the development of No. 1116187321272010120000343 / N / 3/2 / 158-11-DGOZ was concluded for the development of the code “Yastreb-AV” for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in 2011, according to an additional agreement dated July 07, 2017 No. 8, the deadline was extended until August 2018.

   About TOS-2

Quote

The prospective TOS-2 heavy flamethrower system (formerly known as Tosochka) will be delivered to the Russian armed forces by May 2020, Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces, said in an interview with the Krasnaya Zvezda armed forces newspaper.
"By the celebration of the 75th anniversary of Victory in World War II, the development of the TOS-2 heavy flamethrower system and its delivery to the troops should be completed. It is planned that this combat vehicle will take part in the parade on Red Square," Kirillov said.

Will be interesting to see that thing. Because rumors are it will be on wheeled chassis, which is strange taking into account range of rockets of TOS-1A.

Quote

Unlike the existing model, it is proposed to place the TOS-2 combat system on a wheeled chassis and install an autonomous loading system, which will exclude transport and loading vehicles from the heavy flamethrower divisions and ensure a reduction in the time taken to carry out fire preparation and fire control activities. In this case, it will be possible to carry out most of the firing tasks from closed firing positions, which will increase the firing range and provide increased survivability of the combat vehicle.
Along with the creation of the TOS-2 heavy flamethrower system, it is advisable to develop promising ammunition. As one of such ammunition, a monoblock thermobaric unguided rocket with a multi-mode remote fuse is proposed, which should provide the possibility of firing both from the existing TOS and from TOS-2. The development of such ammunition will provide an increase in the effectiveness of hitting targets.
In addition, it is proposed to develop a cassette thermobaric unguided rockets with an increased firing range and increased target destruction area due to the cassette design and the use of technology of a multipoint explosion initiation system that provides simultaneous detonation of combat elements.

This is patent found for unknown MRLS on Motovoz chassis. Could be for wheeled chassis for new Uragan-1M, or for TOS-2
