In the direct attack mode, NLAW can only defeat soft targets and lightly armored targets. Heavily armored targets can only be defeated in the overfly top attack mode.

No, Syria was, to the best of my knowledge.

It seems that T90 was not destroyed by an Ukrainian Carl gustav but rather by a Russian tank, so as not to fall into enemy hands , note tow shackles being installed in the front.
